New Plan for me! Much happier!
I have not been using my Fitbit to track my steps or workouts and I am not following a specific diet. I am a much happier person and less stressed. My plan is to make better food choices, eat less sugar and get my exercise in 4 to 6 days a week. I am Loving Life!

Adding Exercise
Okay, I want to track my own exercise in My Fitness Pal. I either do 30 minutes of Cardio on and Elliptical or 30 minutes of Circuit Training, Strength. I can't figure out to add the Circuit training and when I try I don't see any calories for it. Does it not calculate calories for strength and weight training?

Fitbit Trackers, to use or not to use?
I have a Fitbit One and Charge 2 HR. I find that not getting 10,000 steps a day just depresses me and having to make sure my trackers are working just stresses me out. Exercise Tracking?
I use a Fitbit One to track my steps and workouts and right now I have it connecting to My Fitness Pal. Would it better for me to enter my steps and workouts manually in MFP that way I can track other exercise I get throughout the day? I am not quite sure what to do and which is best for me. Can anyone help me?
