I got this!

Thank you for all the responses yesterday to my post about not being able to lose weight. I am following the suggestions and I am making sure to measure my food and that I have the correct calorie count. I am also using the calories burned from My Fitness Pal instead of my Fitbit. The Fitbit usually gives me around 100 more calories for a workout but this may bee too many and could be sabotaging. I am also only eating a few of my exercise calories back. I will post an update in a few weeks and let you know how I am doing. I will be traveling in a week but I plan on keeping up with my routine and eating. Everyone take care!
