Let me spread the data here : On a daily i eat 1200 cal a day to lose 1 pound = 8400 cal in 1 week .and my maintainance is 1700 Will the following plan work ? My mantainance is 1700 and im on a 1200 cal cut . I currently went over my weekly calories by 500 ish calories . So instead of being under 3500 calories this week , i am 3,000 so how does this work ? Did i still lose fat ? :/ :/

Can i have cheat days once a month or every 6 week. And i have control if i have a cheat day ( which means that i only eat whatever i want that day ) .

Hello guys , how often do you guys have cheat days ? I usually have them every 6 week but no cheat meals . I dont know how other people have cheat days once a week and still have a nice figure . I want to change it to cheat days every 4 week ?
