Advice on unexpected events

Should i do alot of cardio today since saturday and sunday im gonna be on a vacation where if i bring my own food ita gonna be super weird plus i asked my mom what she thinks and she said im not bringing any food

Yes, do some extra cardio, try to keep a mental tab on the goodies so you can enter them and get a general count later, and take a few less calories for the next few days. Don't worey too much about being obsessive over it, just be mindful of portion sizes, and don't overdo. One weekend of treats won't kill all your progress, but letting yourself eat mindlessly can set you up to go back to negative patterns over time.1
