Okay so ive been tracking this oatmeal thinking it was only 100 calories but in reality it was 200 , which made me go over my weekly goal by 600 calories .

Which made it go from eating under 2900 instead of 3500 ( the whole pound i couldve lost )

Can i subtract 200 from mon , tue , wed ( each day ) to complete the pound i could've lost last week?

Then continue my diet normally the days after ? Does it work that way ?

Eh, we all make mistakes. Good thing you found out now.

Okay, well now that you know, log it properly. You're still at a deficit overall for the week, just not as big as you'd thought.

Are you on some sort of schedule and do you think that your weight will change with mathematical precision?

Yes, it does work "that way" in that over time as you have a deficit you will lose weight. And assuming your deficit is about 3500 Cal this will result in approximately 1lb loss.

No, it won't work "that way" in that fat loss is often masked by other issues (water weight is the first thing that comes to mind), so you weight will not react with mathematical precision all the time.

Moreover our calculations are not perfect and our bodies are dynamic and changing all the time. So yes, and to repeat the point, an approximately 500 Cal deficit a day will result in an approximately 1lb loss in a week.

But no, chasing last week's perfect loss is silly. Just move on and keep doing what you've been doing which got you to losing most of a 1lb... which is excellent progress!

    Well done!

you can if you want to BUT it wont mean by next week you will show that loss on the scale.

personally Id just log it correctly from now on and carry on as normal
