I would like to start meal prepping as when I use to I did better then when nothing was prepped. I would just heat my meals up but I found when nothing was prepped I would just microwave a frozen meal or pizzas which for me with high blood pressure is not good for me. Do you say gotta hit certain amounts.
Does anyone say daily that i need to get a certain amount of vegetables and or fruits in. Or do you just eat what foods you like and log it. I cant stop thinking that i need to hit certain amounts of vegetables and fruits a day. Some days it drives me crazy. Thanks

Rice bowls.
Im on a rice bowl kick. Its ususally 1 cup of briwn rice, beans and a ton of different veggies. I wiuld like to make a few dsys worth at a time. But i was wondering how long will the rice, beans and cooked veggies last in the fridge. There is no meat in them until i reheat the meal. Thanks

Canned veggies.
I was wondering if anyone still uses can veggies on the daily. I have been batch cooking and I find the veggies get too mushy when I reheat them and peas and some others wilt right up. So I thought canned would be much easier and faster to add to my meals. Thanks

Half gallon water bottles.
Does any members use them half gallon water bottles. And if so did anyone purchase them online and would share where you purchased them.
