I was wondering what vitamins and/or supplements everyone takes and why them ones.

    I take a multi vitamin with minerals, mainly for the minerals like iron and magnesium as I'm lacking in them and also the B12 & just in case I'm lacking in any other vitamins.

    I take a multi vitamin- because I think I should, a cranberry supplement- because I'm prone to yeast infections, and right now I'm taking extra vit. C, Zink, and Echinacea- to give my immune system a boost with my allergy's.

    Calcium + D; magnesium cause I am old.

    Multivitamins for just incase I am deficient at a vitamin or mineral, vitamin D3 because I live in Canada, Fish Oil because I don't eat fish on a regular basis, Magnesium (this has helped me for sleep), Calcium (because I don't always eat or drink dairy).

    Iron and vitamin D as I'm deficient in them and my GP told me to start taking them. Also multivitamins, just in case.

    I take fish oil, and I also take a fiber supplement that includes some B vitamins. I do take a multivitamin as well. I was taking magnesium, calcium +D, and glucosamine but I stopped those for the time being. The jury is out on whether the glucosamine is going to prevent me from getting the arthritis that plagued my grandfather. I get enough calcium with my diet and there is calcium and D in the other supplements I am taking.

    The Magnesium I need to do a little bit more research... Before I start taking it again

    Multivitamin, C and echinacea for flu season, cinnamon because it helps me feel more energetic, sometimes b12.

    For those who take vitamin d3 what dose do you take.
    I take 1000 UI , some take stronger, but I get it from food too (my orange juice had vitamin D and so does milk and cereals)
