I don't aim for a particular amount. Hydration comes from virtually all liquids and from a lot of foods. As long as my urine is pale yellow then I'm hydrated and all is good.

    ^ Same as above

6-8 glasses is enough for me. Otherwise I will be in the bathroom too much. On my days off I drink more.

    ^ This.

My liquid intake varies from day to day depending upon the weather, how much I was out in it, how much exercise/exertion I had, what I ate, etc. There’s no blanket recommendation that’s valid for every person in every condition.

When I'm at work I keep a 2 litre bottle at my desk and am happy if I drink most of it.

At home I hardly ever drink water because I forget to.

And bear in mind that there is such a thing as too much water. I think as long as your pee is relatively clear (mine can get fluoro yellow when I pee after taking vitamins, but I know it's the vitamins not the actual pee) you should be fine.

B vitamins do this. It makes it look like you're pissing mountain dew. But yes, this.
