Water or fluid intake.

I was just wondering how much water or total fluids do you all drink daily. I know it says 8 cups. But i see some people say 1 gallon others say 2 gallons but thats on body building forums.

I don't aim for a particular amount. Hydration comes from virtually all liquids and from a lot of foods. As long as my urine is pale yellow then I'm hydrated and all is good.6

6-8 glasses is enough for me. Otherwise I will be in the bathroom too much. On my days off I drink more.

I don't aim for a particular amount. Hydration comes from virtually all liquids and from a lot of foods. As long as my urine is pale yellow then I'm hydrated and all is good.
My liquid intake varies from day to day depending upon the weather, how much I was out in it, how much exercise/exertion I had, what I ate, etc. There’s no blanket recommendation that’s valid for every person in every condition.

When I'm at work I keep a 2 litre bottle at my desk and am happy if I drink most of it.
At home I hardly ever drink water because I forget to.
And bear in mind that there is such a thing as too much water. I think as long as your pee is relatively clear (mine can get fluoro yellow when I pee after taking vitamins, but I know it's the vitamins not the actual pee) you should be fine.0 -

B vitamins do this. It makes it look like you're pissing mountain dew. But yes, this.1
