What's everyone's go to breakfast. The one you have on an almost daily basis.

2 eggs and an English muffin6

Cereal. Any type of cereal with cold milk.1

Eggs with eggs on top of some eggs.11

Half a cup of egg beaters, 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon of ketchup.(not much of a meal, but I'm a snacker so breakfast doesn't need to be big)1

3 eggs, 1 red pepper and spinach chicken sausage, mushrooms and red onion2

Fruit and Greek yoghurt.3

Coffee and fruit or a smoothie.3

2 eggs, scrambled, with 15g of cheese and 1/8 cup salsa with blueberries or blackberries.4

Egg white omelette or frittata- with either spinach & mushrooms, or spicy hot salsa and cheese. A few days per week I have whole eggs instead. And always a cup of coffee of course! I'd like to branch out though, maybe try some smoothies & something with peanut butter, because I LUV peanut butter.1

poached egg on two slices of low calorie toast, or oatmeal with 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and bananas. Before breakfast I have a 16 ounce coffee made with 2 glasses of skim milk and 3 tablespoons of my favorite creamer at the moment.1

- A homemade protein Belgian waffle (with blueberries) and unsalted walnuts or cashews.
- Chocolate/banana/peanut butter protein smoothie with a serving of fruit.
- A veggie breakfast sandwich/breakfast taco and a serving of fruit.3 -
I have a smoothie every morning. I prep everything so all I have to do in the morning is add ice and blend.
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 cup mango
1 handful spinach
2 scoops Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
1 tsp Maca Powder
6-8 ice cups (roughly)1 -
Trader Joe's hash brown patty topped with wilted spinach and over easy egg.0

Usually I have 2 hard boiled eggs and 3 olives. Sometimes with an apple. Or I have cottage cheese with pineapple.1

Generally coffee with 2-3 tbsp of creamer, and then greek yogurt with fruit a few hours later.0

Steel cut oats with spinach and roasted sweet potato topped with a poached egg (Takes about 25 minutes but holy crap is it delicious)!3
