Egg white omelette or frittata- with either spinach & mushrooms, or spicy hot salsa and cheese. A few days per week I have whole eggs instead. And always a cup of coffee of course! I'd like to branch out though, maybe try some smoothies & something with peanut butter, because I LUV peanut butter.

poached egg on two slices of low calorie toast, or oatmeal with 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and bananas. Before breakfast I have a 16 ounce coffee made with 2 glasses of skim milk and 3 tablespoons of my favorite creamer at the moment.

I have a smoothie every morning. I prep everything so all I have to do in the morning is add ice and blend.

1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
    1 cup mango
    1 handful spinach
2 scoops Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
    1 tsp Maca Powder
    6-8 ice cups (roughly)
