Recommend me something prevents belly jiggle while jumping
I want to start getting in to jumping rope again, but I would like a top that helps prevent my upper belly area (above my belly button) from moving too much while I do it. So far, the only items I've come across are waist trainers. No, I don't think they will give me some hourglass figure, but they seem like they'd do what…

LiLee's 2021 Journey!
New year... new thread! Well, I'm a little late, but better late than never! For any newbies looking for OMAD advice, this is NOT your thread lol. I am NOT OMAD any longer. I tried it for a short time, but it's just not the right fit for me and that's OK! I didn't want to admit that to myself before, but OMAD just isn't…

Normal to have an energy crash mid day?
So I just started to seriously jump rope a week ago. I was sedentary before that, but my energy level on the average was pretty steady throughout the day. Since I started jumping rope though, my energy crashes by about mid day (jump rope in the early morning). Is this normal when you first start working out? I normally…

Stressed, frustrated, & anxious.. Oh My!
Just having a down moment and I guess knowing others might be going through something similar or have gone through their own low moments would help me not feel so alone right now. Feeling so stressed which is causing a weight stall (and gain) I think which is causing me serious frustration b/c I just don't know how to…

Beginner strength workout for women?
I could use some recommendations. I'm 39yo female, 5'3", CW 165ish pounds. To pat myself on the back a little... I've been on my weight loss journey coming up on a year now and I've lost 59lbs with just changing my diet and eating healthier. Yay :) I still have about 40-50lbs to lose (give or take) and while I'm losing…

Tips for those that love being lazy?
I'm coming up on my 1 year mark on my weight loss journey. While my weight loss has been slow, I've never lost my motivation to lose weight and get healthier. Realizing that it will probably take me another year to reach my ultimate goal, that I'm totally prepared and pumped to do, I also realized that I REALLY need to…

Complain about this stupid belly fat!!
Come join me to complain about our stupid stubborn belly fat. I'm not giving up on my diet or anything, just extremely frustrated that my body does not want to give up the damn belly fat already!! I'm down 45lbs! I do still have 55 or so to go so it's not like I'm close to my goal, but still... you would think the belly…

Alternative to push-ups??
I can't do them. I can't even do wall push-ups bc my wrists hurt instantly when I put any weight on them. Hoping that will change down the road when I've lost more weight, but for now, is there something else that is just as good to do as a push up?

How do you de-stress?
My goal is to start de-stressing. I have 3 kids (6,3,2) and the toddlers are.... well.. they're walking little germy stress balls for me. Basically just being normal toddlers. The stress caused me to have chest pains which scared the bejeezus out of me before knowing that it was stress related. Was just curious what…

When did you lose the belly fat?
For those that started with a BIG bloated stomach, how long did it take before you noticed a difference in your stomach? How much weight did you lose before you saw a difference? Just feeling a bit frustrated. Super happy with my progress so far (33lbs down) and still super motivated to reach my goals, however long it…

Eating after working out
I do a light cardio workout in the morning (for now) while I'm still fasting. When should I eat after working out? Does it matter if I eat right after or is waiting another hour and then eating better?
