Sodium, my enemy
If I have a high sodium day of eating, my weight pops up but it is taking 5 to 6 days for the water weight to disappear. I do take diuretics, as prescribed by my doctor but there is no way the dose can be increased. Up to this point I have been weighing weekly. I dug my scales out and I am considering weighing daily. What are the pros and cons of each? If you weigh daily do you enter your weight in every day. Thanks!
