Fitbit and calories burned

I have a Fitbit ionic and I am confused when it comes to calories burned. Today I went for a walk. My Fitbit calorie adjustment is 112 calories. Under the exercise tab of the Fitbit, the calorie burn for the walk was 191 calories. Should I entering this into mfp? Also when doing a cardio video should I select workout on my Fitbit and enter that calorie amount in mfp? Thanks!

Not familiar with that particular Fitbit but I have the charge 2 so the adjustment you see is the difference between what mfp thought you would burn and what Fitbit is telling mfp you burned in this case 112 you don't add any exercise into mfp when you have a fitness tracker synced it does all the work for you :)

You don’t have to log any exercise tracked by on MFP.

Your adjustment is a calorie burn comparison between what MFP thought you would burn and what Fitbit tracked your burn to be.

Your current adjustment is saying that even though you burned 191 calories on your walk you are only on track to burning an additional 112 calories over MFPS estimate.

    For example:

MFP estimates I burn 1673 based on Sedentary Activity to maintain my weight.

Yesterday Fitbit tracked a calorie burn of 1788.

    1788-1673= 115 additional calories

I did take a walk yesterday and had a 224 calorie burn, but that was offset by being fairly Sedentary the rest of the day.
