Messed up eating!

So I do carb cycling. Today is my low carb day and my goal is 60 grams of carbs. I had chocolate and it fits in 60 grams. I didn’t have any vegetables. Just the chocolate for carbs. Is this alright??

Is it normal to not feel your best???
I’m a kickboxing fighter. Been training it for 12 years. There are days that I don’t feel my best. Like I feel so tired when doing certain things like sparring. I am out of breath easily. Other days I feel super good. Is this common? This never crossed my mind until today.

2 weeks and no weight loss
So 2 weeks ago I started to lose weight. So far I only lost water weight. I do look less bloated in the morning but at night I look so bloated. My starting weight was 60kg and now I’m 58.5kg. I want hit the gym tomoz but my whole body is sore from upper and lower body days. I can’t even walk up and get down the stairs properly. Also i think I pulled a muscle in my chest arm area. I still wanna workout. Idk what to do.

Recently I started eating bit of white rice for dinner. I eat dinner before 8 And go to bed at 11. Will this affect progress? I read articles and they were saying don’t eat rice and stuff. Is this true??! x Thank u!

Is it ok to eat chocolate as long as it fits in your macros??

Is it ok to go over sugar???
Nearly everyday I go over sugar. Mines is set to 25grams. Most of my sugars are from fruits like bananas, berries, apples etc. Is this alright??? My goal is to lose weight.
