Recently I started eating bit of white rice for dinner. I eat dinner before 8 And go to bed at 11. Will this affect progress? I read articles and they were saying don’t eat rice and stuff. Is this true??! x

If it fits your calorie alottment for the day then you are fine.
Rice is very filling for me. I eat it a few times a week.6 -
What you eat and when you eat it has zero affect on weight loss. The only thing that matters is how many calories you eat.10

I have rice or pasta almost every night and I am losing on average 1.5lbs a week. I just don't eat as large of portions that I used to. I also eat potatoes a couple of times a week.
It is all about serving sizes.6 -
It's just a movie...
Kcal intake over a 24 hour period/math/accountability for CICO is what is important as others have said

I feel like this was covered in your last thread:

But just in case:
You can eat {insert name of whatever food or macro} at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.
Examples:
You can eat sugar at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.
You can eat chocolate at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.
You can eat rice at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.
You can eat ice cream at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.
You can eat pizza at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.

I hope "a bit of white rice for dinner" isn't all you're having for dinner.2

When he's right, he's right. And he's soooo right.
