Recently I started eating bit of white rice for dinner. I eat dinner before 8 And go to bed at 11. Will this affect progress? I read articles and they were saying don’t eat rice and stuff. Is this true??! x

Thank u!

I hope "a bit of white rice for dinner" isn't all you're having for dinner.

I feel like this was covered in your last thread:

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10743001/is-it-ok-to-eat-chocolate-as-long-as-it-fits-in-your-macros/p1

    But just in case:

You can eat {insert name of whatever food or macro} at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.

    Examples:

You can eat sugar at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.

You can eat chocolate at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.

You can eat rice at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.

You can eat ice cream at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.

You can eat pizza at any time of day or night as long as it fits in your daily/weekly calories and it will not affect weight loss.

When he's right, he's right. And he's soooo right. :)

    Best wishes, OP!
