So I’ve been eating in defecit for 3 weeks. Should I eat at my maintenance today and increase my carbs? Or do you think I should wait??? Any advice x

Up to you. One day isn't going to affect anything, other than make you feel good! Refeeds usually are for a week or so...I did maintenance eating all through my weight loss but mostly because I was always hungry and it was harder to stick to a deficit every day.

If you want to, sure!
From what I remember a 24 hour refeed has been determined not to do much to reset any hormones you would need a week for that but a maintenance day for mental reasons can be a great idea. After you get your eating down and you are not hungry all day most of managing weight loss IMO is managing your mental state. For me personally I would say 80-85 percent of this is mental.

What are your goals?
I do two days refeeds every week where I eat close to or in a surplus. I find it works great for my adherence and workout performance.
I also take one to two week diet breaks where I eat at maintenance, that happens every 8-12 weeks.
See what works for you.5 -

Thanks! x My goal is to lose 8kg. It’s been 3 weeks that I started. I am just gonna have one day refeed every 3 weeks. I will probs do a diet break after like 2 months.0 -
I've had maintenance days and weeks throughout my calorie restriction phase. I started by planning them and then eventually changed to having them when needed. They haven't negatively affected my loss and actually probably allowed better adherance when restricting.
