Calorie limits reached!
My doctor wants me to limit myself to 2,000 calories and to my amazement I jot 1,761 calories. I’m done eating for today and it’s pretty amazing on what you can achieve. What are people’s personal daily calorie goals? I’m just curious. I know that number will be different for each person has different dietary needs.

Hey, I was wondering if anyone noticed that the calories the My Fitness App assigns to certain foods vary quite a bit in comparison to other restaurants. Like Subway for instance states their 6-inch Veggie and Cheese is 200 calories but the app says it is 280 calories or more. Just makes it hard to determine what calories…

Hey, I was wondering what people like to eat for breakfast. My goal is to keep breakfast below 665 calories. Is this realistic? I like eating eggs, toast, cereal, etc. I only eat Shreddies and Cheerios. Do people have specific tips? It is 2020 and so I want to start the new year out right. Chris

How much is 100g
Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew exactly how much 100g was? Say like if you are eating Greek Yogurt (which I do love) is this equal to say two heaping tablespoons? I am just wondering because often I combine foods in the same bowl like cottage cheese, bananas and yogurt. Chris

Tim Hortons Steeped Tea
Hello, For those who like to go to Tim Hortons for a coffee or tea is it true a steeped tea is approximately 60-70 calories? I usually put in three cream and three sugar. Would love to hear feedback on this. Chris
