Tim Hortons Steeped Tea

Hello,

For those who like to go to Tim Hortons for a coffee or tea is it true a steeped tea is approximately 60-70 calories?

I usually put in three cream and three sugar. Would love to hear feedback on this.

The tea itself has negligible calories, but the cream and sugar certainly do. If you're using 3 creamers and 3 sugars per cup then I think the 70 calorie estimate is low. If you log the creamers and sugar separately you'll probably come up to about 120-150.

steeped tea has zero calories, i drink it every day. it is the cream and sugar that has your calories.
