Linking to apple health
I use BOD, FitOn, apple health and MFP. I have all the settings set so that apple health reads and writes data from and to BOD, FitOn and MFP. But nothing ever syncs. Anyone else have such an issue? If so, any suggestions on how to resolve? Thank you

I use both beachbody on demand (BOD) and fiton. I like BOD because of the calendars to follow in each program. My subscription just renewed and they increased their annual price by $25. How do you know if you are skinny fat?
How do you know if you are skinny fat? I don’t feel skinny or fat. I definitely have some fat, especially in my belly and butt. These are my stats: Female 53 years old 5’5” 130 lbs Waist at narrowest part 27” Waist at navel 31” Hips 38” Thigh 22” Biceps 11” Forearm 9” Wrist 6” So, am I skinny fat?

Tight and sore hamstrings

Progress tracking question on app
Is it possible to add other body measurements to the progress tracking? I also measure thigh, bicep, forearm, waist at narrowest and widest part. I’d like to be able to put all of those in MFP, but haven’t found a place to ‘add progress categories’. Thank you

What exercise are you doing?
