Night time eating
Hi everyone! I'm in nursing and work till 11:30 in a hospital. By the time I get home at midnight Im STARVING. I was never a nightime eater when I worked days. Any suggestions? Hi Everyone! New to MFP and love it! I lost most of my weight with Weight Watchers, which is reality is just fancy calorie counting. After having 3 kids, you know the rest of the story.So its a very different transition to think outside of point value but Im working it :) Hope you all have a great weekend! :smile:

How do I log this?
I work on a med/surg unit(nursing) in a hospital, 32 hours a week. I am literally walking probably 6 hours out of my 8.5 shift. Mostly at a good clip (always in in a rush!) Im not going to add 6 hours of exercise. I've been keeping it conservative 45-60min walking slow pace. Is that good enough? I have my activity level…
