So I joined MFP awhile ago , head not really in the game. Was a huge fan of WW, but had a hard time with the new program.Last Sunday I woke up and was like "Enough" I followed MFP religiously this week and so consious of everything put in my mouth, drank water, stopped eating at night ( I work 3-11) so this wasnt easy. I stepped on the scale this morning 6.4lbs gone! Just wanted to share my excitement :)

    It is GREAT that you have renewed vigor. However, don't get discouraged if you don't continue to lose at that rate, because a 6 lb loss in a week is probably mostly water loss.

    You WILL continue to lose, it just won't be at that rate (1-2 lbs a week is safe). But KEEP IT UP, you CAN get it done, you just have to be dilligent! :flowerforyou:

    Oh trust me I'm no strager to losing weight, lol 1-2lb is my goal. Im totally aware its mostly water :)
