I guess Im confused. Do you eat your AP before WP or vice versa?

I think it's up to you but I haven't done WW in a few months. I always ate my WP first. Technically, it shouldn't matter, IF you're going to eventually eat both sometime in the week regardless. I would rather let APs expire unused than WPs because with those maybe you're overestimating your exercise burn/intensity.0

I never ate my AP. But that's just me.0

I think it's just a preference, but unless you have the activelink you may be overestimating your APs so eating the WPs first and only a portion of the APs might be a safer bet.0
