I log it as 20 minutes circuit training. I have read several other threads that say that is most accurate.

At first I also logged it as circuit training, and I relied upon the MFP calorie count it gave me for the time I did it for.....BUT now I don't use the MFP calorie count for anything!! (they had me totally off, I burn much more than what MPF says) so I rely on my HRM! I have now added my own exercise that just says "30 day shed" and I put that in and the time amount and the cals burned.

I use an HRM and log it as 30 DS. As circuit training, MFP was giving me over 200 calories. With the HRM, I get about 150 for Level 1 and 160 for Level 2.

So glad you asked this, as I was wondering the same thing. Looks like I need to get myself a HRM to get an accurate burn rate. I was thinking I might put it down as low impact aerobics for now, as that has a lower burn rate than circuit training and I'd rather under estimate than over estimate.
