Do u do calorie count daily or weekly? I usually do daily however yesterday did a lot of exercise and ate under calories. Major blip
Felt I needed to confess to a massive fall off the wagon today. Copious amounts of chocolate and a McDonald's among other bits of rubbish. Body combat
I do a body combat class once a week like boxer use with lots of kicking and punching. I log it as kickboxing as I feel this is nearest. Does that sound right?? Comes in about 400 cals for 45mins. I don't ever eat back all just incase this is too much!

Tea and coffee
I drink 2-3 cups of decaf green tea and 2 cups of decaf black coffee a day. Does this count in towards my water intake?

Weekly stats

I feel like I am eating an awful lot of snacks although am staying under calories. Could someone look and see if they think I have to much snacky and sugary food in my diaries? Also eat most of calories (dinner and snacks) between 7.30 and 10.30 in the evening....is this ok? Any help appreciated xx

Too many snacks??
Ok so i am on 1200 cal a day. Did 20 mins fast walking amd 7 mins jogging so hav some extra cals. Had around 200 of my 1200 left after tea. Since tea have eaten 15 grapes, 2 pink and white marshmallow wafers and a weetabix toffee cereal bar which took me to 1273 cals for the day. Is this bad?? I know maybe not the best…

Toning class
Have just done a class which involved free weights and kettle bells along with some lunging and squatting. When moving with the weights my heart rate got up but mostly i just had achy muscles and didnt sweat heaps. Would this hav burnt calories? Should i log it as cardio? What would i put it under?

Davina kick fit
Was just wondering if anyone else has or uses the davina dvd with the kick fit work out on it? As i hav no hrm im finding it hard to work out how many cals burnt during this. Just logged it as kick boxing and only put 15mins rather than 20 as the warm up mostly stretching. Any advice gratefully received!
