Eating too much?

I am on day 3 of following MFP and feel like i am eating heaps! I do tend to eat a lot more smaller items as i like to snack but worried i might be doing something wrong.
I was just under 1200 mon and tues. Today i am at 1350 but did an hour of zumba so still a few hundred under.
Today as well as apple and rice cakes for brekkie, prawn salad and low fat crisps for lunch and bbq grilled chkn and veg for tea i hav snacked on
2 x raw carrots
1 x skinny cow ice lolly
3 x meringue nests
2 x big salt and vinegar rice cakes
1 x low fat rich tea
grapes
i hav registered everything but convinced i must be doing something wrong.
Thoughts anyone?
