Toning class

Have just done a class which involved free weights and kettle bells along with some lunging and squatting. When moving with the weights my heart rate got up but mostly i just had achy muscles and didnt sweat heaps. Would this hav burnt calories? Should i log it as cardio? What would i put it under?

    You can find most of that stuff under weight training/strengthening. Then select the appropriate exercise from the database.
