Have had a very good mon - fri, within calories everyday often a few under and not using any of exercise points. Done 3 x exercise classes and half hour on treadmill.....THEN......woke up feeling like i had been run over by bus had healthy brekkie and lunch then 3pm hit and i havent stopped eating, cereal, plain nuts, 2 mini mars bars, a couple of nice biscuits, some rice cakes AND my teas (a fairly healthy one though)!!! Really wanted a steady 2 weeks before i go on holiday as hav been using this app for 4 weeks and not really got going....motivation lacking i guess!! Hope i havent done too much damage.....big sigh.....oh well!!

We all have our bad days but what matters is that you get back on track right away and stay focused! You will feel better about yourself for doing so as i know that when i over eat i feel like crap and don't like myself much and can't wait untill the next day to get back on track and eat helthy again! don't beat yourself up over it just get refocused, you can do this..it's worth it right?!0
