Daily or weekly?

Do u do calorie count daily or weekly? I usually do daily however yesterday did a lot of exercise and ate under calories. Today the plan was to exercise again as got a friend coming over for tea and ende up knack wring my back last night so can't have around 350 outstanding calories from yesterday....would it be end of world to eat them? Can you dip into weekly deficit?

What matters is an overall calorie deficit so under yesterday and (a bit) over today is fine in my experience. Hope your back gets better soon x x0

I count daily but keep track of my weekly. On my phone app it gives me my weekly net calories over/under my goal calories....so I know what I have to work with or how much I went over during the course of the whole week, at a glance. If I'm under 200 calories one day I have no problem with eating them back later in the week!0
