So another week has gone and I wait nervously for weigh in tomorrow.

Kept within calories all week although as usual weekend calorie count higher and more "treat" food. Some days I was over certain things but all in all I am only over sugar and dietary fibre (and most of my sugar comes from fruit and veg....ok a little bit choc but only 1 portion!!) what's peoples views on this? Ok? Diary is public if anyone wants to see!
