Too many snacks??

Ok so i am on 1200 cal a day. Did 20 mins fast walking amd 7 mins jogging so hav some extra cals. Had around 200 of my 1200 left after tea. Since tea have eaten 15 grapes, 2 pink and white marshmallow wafers and a weetabix toffee cereal bar which took me to 1273 cals for the day. Is this bad?? I know maybe not the best choices but am within cals???

I wouldn't get worked up over being 73 calories over your goal!0

You're completely fine. When you start missing your mark by 200-300 calories a day, that's when you should start to check your food choices.0
