Now that I switched my workout to mostly weight lifting I don't know how many calories I am burning. Any suggestion on how to change my calories to fit the weight lifting? Hi...I am looking for a new workout program to add to my collection. I have completed Insanity, Turbo Fire, and Slim in 6. I like the programs that have multiple dvd's so I don't get bored doing the same thing every day. Does anybody have any suggestions? I also run/lift weights twice a week.

I just wanted to say that I think if kids are going to have to take a gym class then they should be doing "real" exercise. Why put something like cup stacking during the physical fitness part of the day? I would like to see kids do more physical activities. Why not have them do a real workout geared towards their age…

accuracy of calories burned
I have a watch that checks heart rate and tells calories burned. I was wondering how accurate this was tonight after burning almost 1000 calories doing an hour of Zumba. Yes, there was a lot of jumping and such, but looking to see what mfp thinks. Any input?
