So, I have done 2 rounds of insanity for a total of 18 weeks. I am ready to switch it up to something else so I bought the slim in 6 workout. Well..when I did it, it was soo easy because of doing insanity for so long that I wonder if it will still be effective. I did like the ab workout better in this one, but the cardio was not as strong.
Any thoughts?

I think switching period will only help not harm. It's the difference your body will react to. My opinion only.0

Changing your workouts is one of the best things you can do.0

When exercising you need to remember FIT - Frequency, Intensity and Time.
If you lower the intensity then you should up one of the others so you are balanced.
Another option would be if you are eating over 1200 calories a day you could drop alittle bit to balance the difference in calories burned. But I would go very easy on this option and don't go below 1200 per day.
Best of Luck!0
