I don't want to walk tonight.
I set a goal for myself of 3 miles a day, started Thursday. Did over 4 miles that day, and over 7 miles yesterday. I'm WAY ahead of my weekly goal, and I am using that as my "I don't NEED to walk tonight" excuse. SOMEONE, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me.

I know this is posted every other day, but...
I ate really well today, and walked about 7.5 miles. When I logged the exercise, it said I need to eat around 1100 more calories for today. WTH? I can't do that! I'm not hungry and refuse to force feed myself to meet the calorie goals. is this ok?

walking/walking with stroller
I just walked for 30 minutes (1.5 miles, for a pace of 3.0 mph), pushing my daughter in her stroller. When i logged "pushing stroller" it said i burned 114 calories When I logged "walking, 3.0 mph" it said i burned 150 calories. Why is pushing a stroller supposedly less of a calorie burn than walking in general? is there a…

How am i supposed to log it? Really, any workout dvds for that matter.... whats the best way to figure the calories you burn if its not in the database??

i didnt eat all my calories and i wonder...
would it be ok to have a glass of regular coca cola and maybe some saltine crackers (totally craving salt right now)? I mean, i know the coca cola is not good for me, but i am over 400 calories below what i should have.
