Kinda happened by accident, Started walking with my ipod and next thing I knew, two hours had passed and I'd gone like 7.5 miles!

I did a lot of searching and found something that says a study of several mothers between 19-41 showed that their calorie burn inncreased 18-20% walking between 3.0 and 3.5 mph normally and walking with a stroller weighing around 35 lbs. :)

THEY HURT!! so much that i stopped midworkout today. when my hubby comes home from work i'm going to do the video with him here. he helps me stay motivated, and he won't let me quit or slack off. :)

I dont think there is such a thing as "over preparation"! And you didnt "go a little nuts" at the gym as long as you feel good about it. if you get too tired or feel "wrong" then stop working out. when i had my membership i worked out for 5 hours every sunday. my mom kept my daughter and it was my day off work, so the gym…

hey all, i'm carrie... a 22 year old mom of 1 beautiful daughter. I want to lose this extra weight for her!! I want to be able to chase her around and jump and play with her all the time, which i can't do right now.
