Motivation!!

So I started MFP about two months ago, and was doing great! I lost five pounds and was super excited!! Then of course life catches up and school got the best of me, and now I'm back heavier then when I started. The problem is is that I'm so out of shape its just hard to keep up with anything!! But I'm committed this time and could use some good advice on how to keep at it! Thanks!!

    First off, Thank you for the motivation on my post! Second, WE CAN DO THIS!!
    The hardest part for me is being conscious of what I eat, but the food diary is going to help with that!!
