    You look AMAZING! Good for you! What an inspiration! Did you find that it came off a lot slower the closer you got to your goal? I have almost the same amount of weight to loose.

    Thanks so much!! I wouldn't say slower... I've taken frequent breaks though. There were times where I would stop counting calories for a while and just try to maintain. I did that by still trying to eat less and worked out less often - mostly took long walks instead. I don't like working out so sometimes it's really hard for me to get motivated! For the last month or so I've hit it hard again and the pounds seem to be falling off but I think they're coming off quickly just because my body is seeing more of a deficit again.. as I've been working out more.
