When do you measure yourself?
Do you measure yourself at the beginning of the day before you eat/drink and after you use the restroom (like most do when they weigh)? Also, how often do you measure?

measurements
When you do your measurements do you pull the tape real tight or do you make it a little loose? How do you do it? In the beginning (which I've only lost 5 lbs approx) I'd make it a lil loose (kinda like I'd wear my jeans) but then I figured that was probably stupid since I'm not getting an accurate measurement each time…

headaches and diet pop
i've been drinking lots of water of course and not drinking any calories (unless i have milk occasionally) but it seems like everytime i drink a diet pepsi (which is really rare) that i get a headache..maybe it's a coincidence but i'm not sure what are your thoughts???

my current (and highest) weight is 182 i can't wait til the scale says at least 177...then i'll feel like i'm making some progess

day 1 of treadmill 179 day 2 of treadmill 180 day 3 of treadmill 181 day 4 (today) 182 ?!?! and i'm under calorie limit drinking water no pop etc i might as well just NOT work out?? then MAYBE i would LOSE :( :( :(

difference in calories (mfp log vs treadmill)
i know an hrm would be more accurate but since i don't have one.....i have a question, on my treadmill it says 30 minutes in at 2.5 speed that i burned 144 calories but when i enter it on mfp it says i burned 123 which do you think would be more accurate and why is there such a huge difference? /edit actually this could…

small accomplishment of the day
i never exercise. and i have a desk job. so this...for me...is a great accomplishment. my husband got me a treadmill yesterday and i was so excited. so today...i done 30 minutes at 3.0 with a 2% (sometimes 3%) incline and then done another 30 minutes = 1 hr :) i'm so proud of myself. and i hope to continue on and lose this…
