    I have them and I like them. they are very easy to follow and it is fun. they aren't too long and great ab work.

    oh. that's neat. thanks. how much did you pay for them if you don't mind me asking? i saw on ebay there were some for like $15-16 but if i go to amazon and search the same thing it's $72 that's a MAJOR difference. so maybe i'm searching the wrong thing...i don't know.

    i bought them thru Beachbody.com and it was like 58 bucks I think.

    i ordered it through ebay for $0.01, but it was $16 shipping. it won't get here till next month. until then i'm doing Insanitty.
