How do you log 30 Day Shred?

    I don't have an HRM, so I did a little research when I first started the Shred (on Jan. 1). I've been logging it as 'circuit training', since that seems to be a close representation of calories burned while doing the Shred. A group of us who have either already started or are getting ready to start this workout have a thread going, for motivation and support.   • I log mine as circuit training, as well.
  • I asked the same question earlier and was told to log it as circuit training, I had been putting "high impact aerobics" but when I changed it, it said I had burned 57 more calories than it did before so I'm sticking with circuit training!
