measurements

When you do your measurements do you pull the tape real tight or do you make it a little loose? How do you do it? In the beginning (which I've only lost 5 lbs approx) I'd make it a lil loose (kinda like I'd wear my jeans) but then I figured that was probably stupid since I'm not getting an accurate measurement each time b/c I won't be pulling it the same each time....

If you are doing measurements for your own personal use its all about consistency. If you measure with one finger under the tape then always measure that way, i would actually suggest that to prevent from pulling it too tight one measurement and not enough the next. Its all about how you want to do, just make sure you do it that way everytime for the most accurate results.0

Oh I never thought about where I place my thumb Thanks0

I try and pull the tape just enough that I feel it on my skin, but it doesn't really dent my skin in.0

I pull it snug as I figure that its not going to further in than it can! Pretty much like squeezing into a pair of jeans. It's going to fit snug. I dont think I'd be consistent holding it loose, or a bit loose or plenty loose or just loose enough.
But I agree with bbb84, find a way and stick to it :bigsmile:0
