Evening Munchies
I really fight with my evening snacking. Although I do a pretty good job of keeping the evening snacking to mildly healthy options (nuts, popcorn, etc), I'd like to stop the night time snacking all together. Any suggestions??

My scale hates me!
Why does my scale hate me!??! I've been really good all week (under calories by about 100 each night and working out), but the number on the scale went up. I can deal with staying the same, but UP?!?!?! What the deuce?!

Which is less bad for me?
Due to an unusual work schedule, I don't typically get home until 9pm or so. On one hand, I don't think I should eat that late at night, but on the other hand I'm usually WAY under my calorie goal. Which should I do?

I've found that my best motivator is the ONE friend I have on MFP. I stop myself from going over in calories because I know he'll give me hell if I do.
