I keep doing falling off because being lazy is easier than forcing my self to get up at 5:30 am to workout or forcing myself to go work out after I have been at work all day.
But I just have to keep reminding myself of the ultimate goal I am working towards. Which is much more awesome than being lazy.0 -
As long as you keep getting back on it you will be all good!0

It's not easy. Try making short and long term goals. When it's too much to keep the long term goals in view (because it seems too overwhelming), turn to the short term ones.
You can do it. I'll help you in any way I can. Just friend me. send me messages. Whatever you need.

Habit. But, everyday is a new day and another opportunity to get it right. At least that's what I keep telling myself. And eventually the good outweighs the bad and stuff starts to happen.0
