Hi has anyone had success with using keto to treat fibromyalgia. I read some research to suggest it may help. I am lucky in that i can just about manage to work out and am stumbling through life but i want so much more for myself. Anyone got any experience. I just made some almond milk and it's really yummy. When I put it in the recipe creator it said it was 250 calories which seems a lot.
