Lean Shakes GNC
Who is on the Lean Shakes from GNC? Anyone have any success? If so, how much weight have you lost and in what time span? I hear they are better than special K so I wanted to give them a whirl.

Does anyone do 1200 calories ??
I have been eating between 1200 -1400 calories a day plus hit the treadmill and burn about 300 calories and still cant manage to lose weight. Since April I have only lost 5 pounds. Anyone else have this issue?

No more weight loss?
Before I started MFP, I lost 15 pounds... then once I started here, I lost an addition four pounds but over the last several months I have not lost anything. Could this mean I have pleatued? Any suggestions?

Is there something wrong with the scale?
Ok, I just weighed myself this morning and it said I gained 3 pounds in the past day? I have kept under my calorie goal and have worked out daily. Does anyone know why the scale jumps so high one day and drops back down another???

How many times do you walk each week in order to lose weight or in general?

Treadmill calorie counter
I do a 10 incline with 3.1 mph speed walk on my treadmill. After about 35 minutes, it says I lost about 400 calories. Is this accurate? It seems like it might be too much. How accurate is the treadmill? I have a nordic track.

Hot and sour soup
Does anyone know if hot and sour soup is good for your diet? I love that soup and get full from it but I was wondering if the calorie content is too high.

Walking
I walk on the treadmill anywhere from 35 - 45 mins 3 to 4 times a week. Is this sufficient to lose weight? I walk on a 10 incline (speed of 3.5) most of the times so i can increase my burned calories. Any thoughts?

1200 calories?
:drinker: Ok my target in order to lose weight is 1200 calories a day. Is this normal? I find it exteremly hard to try to maintain this daily calorie intake. Anyone else have this? If so what do you try to do to keep it up!?!
