Weekend blowouts

Every weekend I tend to "let go" on my calorie food intake and come Monday, I am regretting everything I ate. What do you do in order to keep on track no matter what day of the week it is?

I do that too, I was just writing in my other topic about how i totally pooched this weekend AGAIN! Especially when I'm kid free, that's when i tend to eat out and snack horribly...I think we just have to be more prepared and conscious of what we're doing...instead of getting up at noon and starving...don't reach for the burger king because it's quick, already have something in the fridge waiting for you. that's what my plan of action is going to be...i know damn well i don't get out of bed in the mornings on weekends, and i know damn well i spend most of my time out of the house too, so i need to prepare snacks and food on fridays so i don't binge and consider dorito chips a good idea for lunch.0

LOG EVERYTHING!
Everyone has their blowout days, the best way to deal with them is not to regret what you've eaten, but log them so that you are accountable for what you eat...0 -

I do the same thing. I say..... "this is my time to enjoy" Now its monday and Im thinking ok back to NOT eating again and trying to work out each day. I have had chips, choc, fast food.... I need to stop blowing out my weekends because it makes the weeks pointless in trying to lose weight.0 -
I keep myself accountable for everything by logging & i don't allow myself one day where i completely splurge. If i want a treat during the week, I do it in small increments. A cookie here or a couple chips there. Don't deprive yourself of these things entirely because that is what leads you to binging on weekends.0

My weekend was horrible, too. However, what I usually do is PLAN AHEAD. Know exactly what you will eat for the weekend, shop and prepare. That usually works for me because I know I spent the money, now I should eat it too0

Yes, I will try that this weekend... and make sure to plan ahead! I need to get out that state of mind that I deserve it for working out really hard during the week.0
