So I joined my Fitbit account and my MFP account - step one - woo hoo. I am only logging food and exercise on the MFP page right? Steps will be logged from Fitbit page.. 1.) One thing that I noticed. Any APP that will lead me through workout at gym?
I can't afford a trainer BUT would love an app that you start when you arrive and it tells you to jump on the treadmills of 15 minutes. Now move to elypitcal for 15 minutes. Now let's work on some upper body movements and outlines those workouts and times you and lets you know when to move on. ANYTHING LIKE THAT OUT THERE?
