What is the best CALORIE BURNED CALCULATOR or way to figure this out accurately.
I want to make sure I am logging correctly and not over or under estimating.

Get a HRM if you're really concerned. Otherwise, I'd use a few and take an average. MFP's isn't too bad, I don't think. There's also SparkPeople.com and caloriesperhour.com.0

Calorie burns are based (in part) on height, weight, age, gender, and exertion level. If you are using a machine that has you plug in lots of data .... then the number is pretty decent. The problem is that the machine can't know your exertion level.
Too many variables to be spot on. HRMs "should be" good for cardio .... weight lifting not so much.0
