EXCITED - Whole Family is Starting Monday!

We are very excited - on Monday my finance and I start a fitness plan together.
She is small (105 pounds when we started dating). Because of my bad eating habits she is now 1301-135 and showing a lot of belly fat. I feel horrible and she does blame it on my habits and I agree. Before we met she was active every day and now she's not and eats whatever I do. But all that is about the change.
I finally convinced her that doing sit-ups won't get rid of belly fat (kinda - she still wants to do them all the time)
I am 300 pounds right now. My first goal is to get to 250 pounds. I eventually want to be 225 but that is a long way down the road I think.
Monday we start the Fresh20 eating plan. Each Friday I am emailed a weeks worth of dinner recipes that only use fresh produce and meat/fish. Nothing frozen, canned, etc - nothing bad for you. I take their shopping list and get just one weeks worth of food (20 items max). Then I can prep everything Monday while she is at work with their guide then each night is easy to just fix up a quick meal for us when she gets home around 10pm (I know - that is late to be eating but it's her schedule).
We are also going to be walking to the nearby school track and walking/jogging a mile there each night.
We are both going to start doing a 5 minute workout in the mornings to get our metabolism going too.
I want to work out more (strength and circuits) so I am going to try to get 3 workouts a week in at my local gym (or at home in my home gym if I just can't get myself to walk out the door).
MY GOAL - 49 pounds by Aug 8th, 2014
MY GIRLFRIENDS GOAL - 20 pounds by Aug 8th, 2014

BOOO - she shouldn't blame you for her weight gain! She could have easily chosen to stay active, and change YOUR eating habits by making healthy meals rather than letting your eating habits change HER.
But whatever, I guess that doesn't matter.
I'm excited for the both of you! I wish you two the best of luck, this will certainly be challenging but I know you guys can do itDon't forget before and after pics!
Cheers for your healthier lifestyle!0
