Bulk of calories in the morning?
Anyone else eat the bulk of their calories in the morning? I wake up from 6-7 usually, consume about 250 before my run. At 10, I've usually had around 500 calories total. Dealing with the cold...
I notice that, as I get closer and closer to my goal, I am cold ALL the time. My hands are especially cold. This is making me super nervous for the winter, because I'm already wimping out all the time and it's only 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit. Is this happening to anyone else?

Apple size
Is there a general rule for this? I just bought a bag of gala apples claiming that all of them are large and 130 calories, but the apples are smaller than my fist, and I have tiny hands. I would've called them small to medium. There's a pretty sizable calorie difference, so how do you guys figure it out?
