I've totally been relating my fitness journey to my Microbiology and Public Health and Biology courses. It's really excellent learning about basic proteins and carbohydrates and then transferring the knowledge into a health perspective. Anyway else in science classes doing the same? I have Anatomy next semester, and I know I'll continue learning both on a personal and large scale level!

  • I always do this! I'm a junior and I always relate what i learn in lecture to the real world, it helps me learn. Next semester i am taking pretty much all biology courses -biology 110, microbiology, developmental biology & organic chemistry. I am sure biology and fitness will be consuming my life! haha, it's okay though I feel that my current biology course keeps me on track with my fitness pal since i am more aware of the macromolecules i am putting into my body!

I do the same. I have taken my anatomy classes, and several nutrition classes, kinda cool to compare
