Activity calories different on FitBit and MFP?
Hi, I am sure this question has been asked a million times over, but I can't seem to get the right answer from reading through the forums. So I'm finally just going to ask! I've had my fitbit zip for about three days. Yesterday, I wore my FB all day. When I did my capoeira class at night, I wore both my fitbit and my HRM.…

No calorie count in certain foods - What do you do?
Last night I went to dinner at an Indian restaurant, I know MFP has Indian Recipe calories listed, but all recipe's are made differently with different calories, depending on how much of what they use. What do you do when you go out to eat at places where you can't count calories? Ideally, I wouldn't like to go to these…

Back on after 7 months and gaining all that weight again :(
I started at 51kg (I'm only tiny at 4"7") and worked hard till I was down to 45.5kg. I then stppped exercising and am back to 50kg :( I used to go to the gym two hours a day and burn 500-700 a day (except weekends), I also ate only 1200 calories a day. I eventually burnt myself out after 3 months as my boyfriend warned I…

Where should my calories come from?
So I understand that calories, depending on their source, differ in the way that they are used by the body. So what foods am I best off eating to get the good kind of calories that are easily used by the body as energy (I.e what foods are more likely to be burnt than to be absorbed, thus assisting in my weightloss?) should…

Is a glass of milk a valid mid morning snack?
I always have a cup of coffee with just milk and no water (I think it's called a flat white but I'm a newbie to coffee). Does that satisfy my mid morning snack calorie requirement? For example instead of a piece of fruit or something.

My BMR is below 1200
I have a question. My BMR is 1126, I'm very small, at 4"7. So is it okay for me to eat 1126, below the recommended 1200 calorie intake? I mean I know I'm a 'woman' but I'm as small as a kid! So maybe that 1200 guideline isn't applicable to me?

I'm going to Thailand in Feb, and the full moon party, and I wanna be able to strut my stuff in a bikini like everybody else and feel confident about it. I have two months to drop 5% BF to look how I want to look. I've been eating 1200 calories and burning roughly 650 a day at the gym (I have a HRM), it's been a month and…
